Dynamic website for organization

Organization has completed a survey of the Modern style structures of the city. Our goal is to convey the information from the Survey into a visually dynamic site that is functional and easily usable, and has a timeless quality that will allow the site to have longevity.
NHPT is seeking proposals for the construction and implementation of a website to inform and educate the public about the Survey. The initial website will highlight the 25 most important buildings of the survey, as identified by NHPT.
Information for each building will be provided by NHPT. Your base proposal will consist of labor and materials to create a site and all components to display:
At least one photograph of the building; more when available
Narrative text about the building project and history
A PDF of the historic inventory form for the building
Blueprints and drawings when available and appropriate
Video of architect or historian commenting on the building
Map location of building
In addition to the highlighted 25 buildings, the remaining 100 buildings in the Survey will be represented online with a PDF of their historic inventory form, provided by NHPT. They will be accessed by building name or address but need not have the prominence of the 25 important buildings.
Your base price must also include an App download to accompany the website information. The App will contain a self-guided tour and map of the 25 most important buildings that the user can access from his or her mobile device to visit the buildings in person.
The site will be required to be accessible in popular browsers on the desktop and on mobile platforms. The App must be accessible on both Apple and Android mobile platforms.
Your base price must include basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO), site map, and information about follow-up support and hosting.
The website will need to be updated with ease by members of the Trust, and should be developed using a Content Management System (CMS) that is accessible. Your base price must include a training session on using the CMS tool deployed and technical support for the CMS for one (1) full year.
