The State of California Department of Personnel Administration is conducting research to identify inexpensive IT tools, products or services that may be used by HR professionals as well as managers and supervisors to quickly and easily create positions descriptions or job duty statements. Questions relating to functional and technical areas of interest have been developed to gather specific information about and aid in the examination of automated tools, products, and services. These questions are included in the RFI response document.
