Durham VAMC Transitional Housing
This is a Presolicitation notice. This Presolicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, VA246-17-Q-1015, will be issued on or about May 12, 2017. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center, has a need for transitional housing for homeless veterans in the Durham, North Carolina area. Contractor s facility must be within a 35 mile radius of the Durham VAMC. Services shall include room and board for up to twelve homeless veterans, 24/7 transportation services, medication monitoring, ADL and personal hygiene assistance, and intensive clinical case management by a licensed professional and/or paraprofessional.
Period of performance will be for a base year and two option years. This acquisition is set aside for small business firms. The applicable NAICS Code is 623220 Size Standard: $15 million. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
