The U.S. Army Corps of engineers is seeking price quotations for a service contract to provide janitorial and maintenance services at the Corps facility in Duluth, Minnesota. The resulting contract will consist of one base contract year plus four annual renewal options.
A complete description of the services and instructions for submitting price quotations are included in the attached Solicitation document.
Two organized site visits are scheduled, as indicated in the SITE VISIT section of the Solicitation document.
This procurement is UNRESTRICTED, and all businesses are encouraged to respond.
If the successful contractor is a large business, then submittal and approval of a Small Business Subcontracting Plan will be required.
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561720, which has a small business size standard of $18 million in average annual receipts.
The successful contractor must be registered in the Government's System for Award Management (SAM) with this NAICS Code prior to and as a condition of award of any contract.
Price quotations are to be submitted via email to the address indicated in the INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS section of the Solicitation document. Submittal to any other email address may result in the response being deemed noncompliant with the requirements of the Solicitation.
