Provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform lop & scatter at the Dugout Flat area per the terms and conditions, including the scope of work (including 2 maps), contained herein. Project start date is September 1, 2009. All work must be completed by November 15, 2009. This is a firm completion date that must be met, regardless of contractors other obligations, including any similar state contracts.
