Due Diligence Services for Property Portfolio Acquisition
New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), as part of its mission, manages and develops real property on behalf of the City. A new portfolio of large-scale ground-leased commercial properties is about to transition to New York City ownership.
This portfolio will be administered and managed by NYCEDC on behalf of the City. As part of the deed transfer, the Consultant will conduct due diligence related to the acquisition of the portfolio of properties and assist NYCEDC in completing an organized and orderly transition of ownership.
NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
