This solicitation is amended as follows:
1. To include the attached revised Statement of Work (SOW). The revisions made to the SOW are sections 7, titled Period of Performance, section 8, titled Place of Performance, and section 10, titled Technical Point of Contact.
2. To extend the response due date to Wednesday, June 21, 2017 by 3:00 PM EST.
3. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
