Drywall Repairs/Paint
Removal, patching, and restoring damaged drywall. Painting of repaired areas. Contractor to provide repair services on an as needed basis and shall respond to multiple occurrences during the contract period. Contractor shall restore the damaged area to be equal to or better than the original condition.
