The University is requesting bids for supply of a Compressor, Priority Panel/ESD Arrangement, Dryer & Fuel Management System that meet
Buy America Act. It is the intent of the University to purchase the equipment directly and furnish to a general contractor for
installation under a separate contract, however, bidders shall include the cost of performing start-up, field testing and system
commissioning, provide guidance and associated documentation
