Dry dock keel blocks

Composite concrete and wood blocks prefabricated of various heights. Used for dry docking vessels. The blocks are arranged in the dry dock to support various ship's keels. See attached drawings. Anticipate an IDIQ contract with a one year option. Two year anticipated need is as follows:
30" : 32 to 38 blocks
54" : 29 to 51 blocks
90" : 63 to 63 blocks
