V.Statement of Work Deliverables Hosted Drupal Platform. Primary named vendor POC to work with the primary CU POC and coordinate work effort. Service level agreement detailing how to file issues and work requests and expected response as well as escalation procedures. Documentation of CU infrastructure and Drupal setup (kept up to date as changes occur) in CU SharePoint site. VI.Mandatory Requirements Minimum of 3 years providing hosted Drupal sites to large (10,000 employee) organizations. At least 2 senior (3 years experience) Drupal administrators on permanent staff. Demonstrated contributions by staff to the Drupal community (e.g. modules, core patches, documentation). ITIL/ITSM based service management processes. A hosted Drupal 7 environment with: o24x7 99.9% availability. oSufficient bandwidth and hardware resources to handle the projected 300,000 page views per day (with average of 5 elements per page). oBackup of full site at least 1x per day with recovery of specific content within 4 hours of request for restore. oPatch administration for Drupal, Drupal modules and underlying infrastructure to prevent security vulnerabilities and maintain currency of features. oParticipation in the UIS Change Management process for updates and changes to the Drupal platform. oLow latency (20ms) access from CU networks (Front Range Gigapop). oStandard Support Issue Response Times Emergency 2 hours Normal 1 day Low Priority 1 week Drupal Administration including osetup of new users osetup of new sites oconfiguration of Drupal options per CU specification oevaluation, recommendation, installation, configuration and customization of Drupal modules based on CU identified needs Tier 2 level support and troubleshooting of the Drupal environment
