Drug and Alcohol Testing and Administrative Services
The City invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide non-consortium Drug and
Alcohol Testing and Administration Services for the City in order to comply with U.S. Department
of Transportation (DOT) regulations for safety sensitive drivers. In addition, firms will be required
to provide non- DOT pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing of employees pursuant
to City requirements.
