Drug Assistance Program
The Department of Health and Human Services (Department or DHHS), Division of Public Health (Division or DPH), AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP or Program), is soliciting sealed proposals in order to establish a contract for the purpose of acquiring the services of a Pharmacy Benefits Manager – hereinafter referred to as the “Vendor,” or “PBM” -- with experience providing services through managed care organizations, self-insured companies, retail pharmacies and/or government programs to oversee and administer the payment of Medicare Part D deductibles, coinsurance, co-payments and costs of medications during any gaps in coverage for residents enrolled in the NC ADAP and also eligible for a Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan who participate in the NC HIV State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program (SPAP
