Driver License Division Customer Queuing Solution
The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to procure a customer queuing solution for the Department driver license offices. The dept issues approximately 3.2 million driver licenses and identification cards and administers approximately 6 million examinations at 300 driver license offices located throughout the state of Texas. dept seeks to acquire a solution that will enable the Driver License Division to have an interactive queuing system within select driver license offices that will provide customer routing options, collect statistical information such as wait-times, and have the capability of integration with a digital media application.
