The State is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for replacing its Automated Driver License Testing System (ATS) from qualified bidders. If a suitable offer is made in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP), the DMV may enter into a contract (the Contract) to have the selected Contractor perform all or part of the Work.
