The Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Environmental Health, is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services to assist the Drinking Water Program in developing an implementation plan for the new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Long Term 2 Surface Water Treatment Rule. The Department intends to award the contract to the highest qualified applicant. This project is funded by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Municipal Grant Funds.
