Dredging Pond
The contractor will do all the planning and site preparation necessary, will provide all the equipment and materials necessary, will perform all services necessary to prepare and construct proper access and staging areas, and will remove sediment and any debris, rubbish, and virgin material encountered (herein collectively "sediment") in connection with the dredging by "dry dredging techniques and transport the material to the Landfill area using trucks with watertight beds.
