The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, and material required to construct all flumes, walks, curb and gutter, concrete paving, and all other items indicated on the drawings. The contractor shall also provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor for preparation of final grades planting areas; tree root protection; finished grading, soil treatment; lawn construction; planting of trees, shrubs and vines; protection maintenance, guarantee and replacement of lawns and planting as indicated on the drawings.
