Draft Request for Proposals - Density Meters
This is a Draft RFP for Density Meters for U.S. Customs & Border Protection's (CBP) Non-Intrusive Inspection Program. The proposed contract is a comprehensive Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract covering the meters, training, warranty, maintenance, and certain additional services (see Draft Statement of Work for additional details).
Although CBP welcomes comments on any part of the RFP, it is particularly seeking the input from vendors on the clarity of the specifications and the evaluation methodology.
There is no required format for submitting questions, comments, or suggestions.
To allow sufficient time for review and, as appropriate, incorporation of comments and suggestions, CBP requests any comments be submitted by 4:30p ET on Thursday, April 6, 2017. Please submit documents to Nathan Briggs at nathan.p.briggs@cbp.dhs.gov.
