The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal submission date and time. All proposals must be received by the Government POCs named in the solicitation before 10:00 am local Maryland time on 24 September 2019 and in accordance with the RFP instructions. Offerors may resubmit proposal up until the aforementioned date and closing time. All other terms, conditions, and requirements remain unchanged.
