Downtown Website Development
The City is seeking development of a site that is dynamic, easy to navigate, attractive,
interactive and informational for the citizens of and visitors to the Downtown Area, as well as property and
business (current and potential) owners. The site will be used as a marketing tool to meet the objectives of the
city’s revitalization efforts in enhancing downtown as an attractive and inviting destination to live, work, shop
and play.
An opportunity exists to create a site that reflects the newly developed brand identity (see Figure 3 & 4) and to
incorporate the latest web technology. The Downtown Redevelopment Area is sectioned into four (4) districts:
Shopping, Historic, River Valley and Civic. Each of these districts will be physically identified within the
Downtown area by streetlight banners and future wayfinding signage (see Figure 5)
