Downtown Secondary Network Study
The purpose of this study is to review all the current problems, issues and concerns with the network system and make recommendations on the short and long term plans to address them. In particular, the following strategies are to be reviewed:
1)Maintain the existing network area by addressing all the safety issues
2)Split the network into smaller sections
3)Replace parts of the network with a new distribution system
4)Replace the whole network system with a new distribution system
