This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement and constitutes the only solicitation.
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract with a Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW). It is an 8(a) set-aside and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).
The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, material, supplies, equipment, and skills necessary to ensure the effective performance of janitorial, grounds maintenance and related services.
The period of performance is October 01, 2018 to September 30, 2019 with four one-year options. The Contract Line Items (CLINS) numbers, descriptions, quantities, units of measure etc. can be found in the solicitation on pages 10 through 13.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97.
