Downtown Redevelopment Subarea Plan
With the growth of the Citys boundaries, the City needs to support the residential with
commercial and industrial development. Although the current downtown has City Hall,
Community Center, Library, Post Office, and retail shops and restaurants, it should also
support community events and business activities for the City. Therefore, the City
seeks to encourage redevelopment of the existing underutilized downtown area creating
an enhanced and vibrant Town Center for the community.
