The Village of Huntley has issued a Request for Proposals for a qualified developer or other qualified party to rehabilitate or redevelop the former Catty Corporation building located at 11117 S. Church Street in Downtown Huntley. The Village envisions a redevelopment project that will be sensitive to the historic and architectural importance of the downtown as well as complementing and expanding upon the area's continuing redevelopment. The Village owned property is located in the Downtown TIF District established in January, 2013. Deadline for submission from interested parties is 4:00 p.m., April 16th.
