Downtown Plan & Zoning/Subdivision Code Revision
The City is accepting proposals from qualified planning consultants interested in providing professional services in preparation of:
1) The City Downtown Development plan; and
2) Revision of the zoning code and subdivision code, as well as consideration for a formal site plan review process, in order to produce a Unified Development Code.
