Downtown Plan
The City invites multi-disciplinary teams to submit qualifications in the form of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide professional services in the areas of downtown planning, urban planning and design, public realm design, infrastructure, vehicular circulation, transit and pedestrian circulation, and economic analysis for an update to the Downtown Plan.
