Downtown Improvements - Design Services
Provide comprehensive planning and design services to complete the improvements to the downtown area. Services shall include, but not limited to, the design of sidewalks, drainage structures, streetscape elements, landscaping, street improvements, lighting, signing and marking, and utility relocations. The design firm will be responsible for all required tasks necessary to complete the design, including surveys (to supplement surveys and mapping provided by the Town), utility designation and locating, geotechnical investigations, arborist studies, environmental studies and permit applications, property acquisition plats, and public involvement. The Town reserves the right to expand or delete services as necessary.
