This is the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a Consultant Team to assist the
Downtown Denver Business Improvement District (BID) in cooperation with the
Downtown Denver Partnership, Inc. (DDP), City and County of Denver (City), the
Regional Transportation District (RTD) and 16th Street Plan Steering and Technical
Committees with an existing conditions technical assessment and rehabilitation plan
for the 16th Street Mall in Downtown Denver, Colorado.
