Request for Quotes for Downstream Campground Rural Water at Garrison Dam is issued per this advertisement.

The solicitation will close 11 SEP 2019 at 2 PM CST


This solicitation is Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside


Site visit information will be issued with the solicitation.


This project consists of a construction contract to install a new 3-inch water main connecting to North Central's Rural Water 6-inch water main which is located approximately 800 feet south of the Outside Maintenance Facility in the west ditch of the Downstream Campground Road. The project is located approximately 2 miles southwest of Riverdale, ND below the Garrison Dam. Services include boring/trenching installation of 5972 feet of 3-inch water main to a minimum depth of 8 feet connecting the water main with each Campground Loop. This work also includes installing a water meter, meter vault, PRV, back-flow preventer, curb stops, gate valves and boxes, and yard hydrants with 2-inch water service connections to Loops 1, 2, 3 & 4 at a minimum depth of 8 feet. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract construction providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. This is a fixed priced, performance based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed.
