Downpayment Assistance Marketing

We wish to accelerate the usage of our affordable hosing trust funds over a one‐year period through the following efforts:
• marketing to groups that provide training to first‐time homebuyers;
• marketing to entities that contribute to the District, including Public Schools staff, City staff, and County staff;
• identifying new, cost effective, creative marketing opportunities that will result in the use of
downpayment assistance in the Tax Allocation district.
