The Douglas-Omaha Technology Commission (DOT.Comm), with support from the Douglas
County Board of Commissioners, invites proposals for a Land Records Management System for
the Douglas County offices of the Register of Deeds, Clerk/Comptroller, Assessor and
Treasurer. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for software, installation, implementation and
training, annual maintenance, and related services to be provided by the software provider and
implementer.
