Double Take Software and Technical Support
Contractor shall provide all labor and support to provide Double Take Software and technical support and maintenance for a period of three (3) years for four (4) installations of Double Take Availability (or approved equivalent) for Windows. Software updates are installed on four (4) servers located throughout the New England District. Double Take Software replicates data with no failover from multiple servers to one remote server.
