Dormitory Maintenance
The Operational Contracting Division (AFLCMC/PZICC), Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is hereby issuing a competitive solicitation FA8601-19-R-A035 for a Best Value Firm Fixed Pricecontract with one (1) base period and four (4) one-year option periods for maintenance and repair of six (6) dormitory buildings at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Closing date for this requirement is NLT 1:00 pm (EST) on 3 September 2019.
A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for: 10:30 AM Eastern time, 26 August 2019. Submit the full names of all attendees (not to exceed two per company) to Lisa Belew, via e-mail at lisa.belew@us.af.mil no later than 22 August 2019. This information must be provided in order to ensure access to the base.
