This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2M3CH4164A001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 and DFARS change notice 20140624. This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for a small business concern. Only quotes submitted by a small business concern will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. This NAICS code is 337127 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is a requirement for Dormitory Furniture (including Freight and Installation).
