The major areas of work are fire, life safety and accessibility deficiencies, the HVAC system, water intrusions (internal and external), plumbing upgrades and quality of life issues including bathroom and shower improvements, space utilization in cadet rooms, lighting improvements, noise reduction, electrical and communications upgrades, technology enhancements and the need for extremely robust, durable and functional fixtures and finishes.
