Doors, Windows, Hardware
1.All wood doors to be 1 thick and have a lifetime warranty from warpage and delamination of veneer, with 5/8 undercut. All doors to have matching hardwood styles, premachined for any hinge and 161 lock prep locations. Doors shall be 20 minute fire rated and labeled. Doors shall have beveled edges on both sides of door. Doors shall be plain sliced red oak.
2.All hinge locations and strikes shall correspond to Curries C-Series only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3.All metal door frames (except case openings) hinge and strike locations shall correspond to hinge location of wood doors with proper clearance on sides and top of door, with reinforcement of door closer. Frames shall have 20 minute fire rating label.
4.All frames shall be 16 gauge materials commercial grade and be KD drywall with compression anchors.
5.All window kits in doors shall be for thick glass, with thru bolts and fire rated.
6.All door units shall include metal door frame and premachined red oak plain sliced wood door.
7.Vendor must provide UL certification for making alterations to metal doors, metal frames, and wood doors in their LOCAL shop. Certificate must be included with vendors bid in order to be considered for an award.
8.Delivery schedule to be as follows:
30: x 7 0 3 days ARO
38 x 7 0 10 Days ARO
40 x 7 0 10 Days ARO
All remaining sizes shall be 14 days ARO.
