RFQ1019022TRS is acquiring a contractor to provide sanitation facilities such as domestic drinking water wells. This will provide drinking water facilities for the residents of the home. Training will be given on how to operate the well.
Period of Performance will be from June 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 contingent upon award.
General Decision Number: MT190076 dated 02/08/2019 is applicable to the construction services as set forth in 40 U.S.C. chapter 31, subchapter IV, Wage Rate Requirements (Heavy), formerly known as the Davis-Bacon Act.The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. One of the payment protections referenced in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.228-13, "Alternative Payment Protections (JUL 2000)", must be submitted to this office prior to commencing work.
QUESTIONS: Deadline for submitting questions in response to RFQ1019022TRS will be May 8, 2019 by 3:00 p.m. MST. Questions submitted shall be sent to Tanya.Schwab@ihs.gov. Responses to all questions will be posted to FBO by May 10, 2019.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: In order to be considered for award, contractor must be able to submit a bid for all items listed in schedule One (1). Offerors must submit the following in order to be considered for award: (1) License and Performance Bonding as required (2) Three past performances that relate to this type of work (3) Bid Form and (4) SF-18. RFQ-10-19-022-TRS will be awarded as a Requirements contract to ONE (1) contractor. This solicitation will be awarded as a Requirements contract for the supplies or services specified, and effective for the period stated, in the Schedule. The quantities of services specified in the Schedule are estimates only and are not purchased by this contract. Except as this contract may otherwise provide, if the Government's requirements do not result in orders in the quantities described as "estimated'' in the Schedule, that fact shall not constitute the basis for an equitable price adjustment. Contractors intending to conduct business with the Federal Government must register with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM is now the primary Government repository, which retains information on Government contractors. You may register via the Internet at www.sam.gov. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Agency. Offers shall be submitted to the Billings Area Indian Health Service, 2900 Fourth Avenue North, Room 404, Billings, Montana 59107, no later than 6:00 p.m. MST, on May 24, 2019. The offer must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the time specified for receipt, the solicitation number, and your company's name and address. Offers will also be accepted by e-mail at Tanya.Schwab@ihs.gov. Please reference the solicitation number in the subject line.
