Domestic Violence Presentation by Inspirational/Motivational Speaker
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Leavenworth, intends to issue a solicitation for a motivational/inspirational speaker to provide a speech and question and answer session on domestic violence at Ft. Leavenworth KS. The overall scope of this procurement will include the following: The contractor shall provide a professional speech addressing domestic violence in relation to military families and then provide a questions and answer session. The Government anticipates a solicitation release date on or about July 31, 2014 through Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website. A single award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated and award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that best meets the Government's requirement. All requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for contract award and proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance will consist of presentation dates on 11 and 12 Aug 2014. The set aside status is unrestricted under NAICS Code 611430. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) through the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.acquisition.gov.
