Domestic Violence Shelter Based Services
The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit eligible domestic violence shelter based services programs consistent with the California Welfare and Institution Code, Sections 18294-18298, that provide direct emergency crisis shelter services to victims of domestic violence and their children. The County intends to fund eligible domestic violence shelter based services programs that demonstrate the ability to maximize the limited funds available through this RFQ.
