Domestic Violence Program Services

Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the County hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to
submit Responses for the proviosion of the Transitions Domestic Violence program. Transitions is a two-part program, consisting of both jail-based and out-patient portions, which reduces the incidence of domestic violence and provides offenders with substance abuse treatment. The organization
awarded this contract will provide the services to both portions of this program.
