The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to seek and retain a qualified agency to act as the
CTTC public relations representative in the U.S./Canadian* market, promoting California as a
premier travel destination. The goal of this agency is to help increase domestic and Canadian
visitor arrivals to California via strategic publicity, and serve as an in‐market media expert and
resource. CTTC seeks a company to develop and execute a comprehensive, targeted and creative and
brand‐aligned public relations program using a variety of channels and leveraging CTTCs
advertising and marketing initiatives.
