Dodd Hall - Renovate Various Rooms
This project will renovate approximately 27 patient rooms and associated toilet rooms on the 3rd & 4th floors of Dodd Hall (OSU). The work includes: selective demolition, new casework, new finishes, new patient lifts, modifications to and upgrades of patient room and toilet room MEP components. Phased construction requiring separate bid packages is anticipated. The projected completion date for the final construction
phase is November 2012.
