Document and Electronic Media Destruction Services
The State is requesting proposals to establish an agreement for destruction of paper and
confidential records, hard drive and other electronic media in a secure environment in a manner that
will render the documents virtually unreadable and non-reconstructable. The intent of this process is
to fully protect confidential information such as social security numbers, names, addresses, telephone
number etc from falling into unauthorized possession and to prevent identity theft or unauthorized use
of confidential information.
