Document Review
This RFP is an invitation to prospective Service Providers to submit Proposals for the provision of consulting services to review and advise the the Authority on the documents received from Feed-In-Tariff Program Suppliers (each a Supplier) in regards to Domestic Content (DC) requirements of the Feed-In- Tariff (FIT) Program on a non-exclusive, ad-hoc and as needed basis for a one year period with an option to renew for a second and a third year solely at the Authority's discretion.
For this project, the Authority requires an individual or company with demonstrated experience, expertise, deep and broad-based knowledge in the following areas:
* Designing a document review program and conducting site visits, if any.
* Various renewable energy technologies.
* Various manufacturing processes.
* Technical aspects on international and domestic content policies, legislation and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including communications (oral and written), relationship management, effective collaboration and knowledge transfer.
