Document Management System
The City is requesting proposals for a conversion of its current
Liberty Net Document Imaging program according to specifications set forth in this
Request for Proposals (RFP). The request for proposal will be reviewed to evaluate
specific vendors who can address the Citys electronic records and information
management needs. The ideal software will need to be user friendly, allow for phase-in
implementation City-wide while allowing for the ongoing document imaging process.
