Document Management Software Solution
The University is inviting Proposals from qualified firms to supply a
Document Management Software Solution for University. University currently utilizes Hummingbird DM for the management and preservation of
captured documents. Hummingbird DM does not meet the University needs. The proposed software
solution will replace the current role of the Hummingbird DM system as well as address all
functionalities listed within this ITN. Professional services should not only assist in the implementation
of the proposed software solution for our initial departments, but also provide knowledge transfer and
training of our technical staff that will allow for unaided future migrations of departments from
Hummingbird DM to the proposed software solution.
