The purpose of this Request for Proposal (the "RFP") by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (the "Authority") is to select a consultant/consulting company to: Provide us with education as to the technology's capabilities and how we could best utilize them Conduct a feasibility study, Help us develop the business case for the initiative, including a high-level cost benefit analysis Help us develop a document imaging and management system strategy and plan Potentially assist us with the selection of a system
