The purpose of this RFP and any resulting contract award is to solicit proposals for Community College, hereinafter referred to as "College" from qualified vendors to provide a fully developed, integrated, and implemented solution, along with technical support/services, for an Enterprise-wide Document Imaging Software and Imaging Workflow Software Solution.
