We are writing from the Administration office of a Private College based in East Coast of United States. We are looking for a reliable and a stable Organization who has previous experience in converting PDF into word Document with 98% accuracy.
Scope of work:-
1) Convert PDF to Word Document (Only .doc)
2) Target of 700,000 pdf converted to word document in first year and then 1million to 3 million pdf in second and third year.
3) Higher Security level is required as the documents are 10 years Historical student records and ancient documents.
4) 98% accuracy expected
5) Most of the documents will be sent through CD's or hard copies through FedEx. Must have FedEx corporate account.
Must Requirement for bidding:-
1) 3 years experience in Data conversion
2) Turnover of the company
3) Two Case studies
4) Proposal with cost and estimation
5) Two reference with contact information
6) Security measures
7) Cover letter explaining why we should consider your bid
